Serena Williams supports your run with coaching tips and music hits


Serena Williams connects with Nike for coaching mixesNike has made mixes of songs which are accompanied by Serena Williams coaching you while you run. The eight-time Grand Slam champion is sharing some of her custom-made methods in two Nike Sport Music Workouts – Interval Run Workout and Spontaneous Speed Workout.

Both the workouts are custom-made, and they are 30 minutes long. Their aim is to boost your overall fitness, make you stronger, improve your speed and build stamina.

Interval Run Workout
