Dominika Cibulkova has joined the rapidly-expanding WTA mom club. The Slovak tennis player, who retired in November last year, gave birth to her first child, son named Jakub, early morning on June 14th.

The 31-year-old Cibulkova kept us in the loop during her pregnancy and she even had an extravagant photoshoot for Grade Magazine, as she posed topless and exposed her baby bump, so it comes as no surprise that she shared a hospital photo with her husband Miso Navara and the newborn right after delivery. Commenting on her new role in life, Cibulkova captioned the Instagram photo: “And our world will never be the same again <3 <3 <3.”

Numerous tennis players congratulated the 2014 Australian Open runner-up on becoming a mom, including Garbine Muguruza, Jelena Jankovic, Ekaterina Makarova, Carla Suarez Navarro, Flavia Pennetta, Barbora Strycova, Dinara Safina, Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova, Kristina Mladenovic, Timea Babos, Elena Vesnina, and Kim Clijsters.

Dominika Cibulkova and Miso Navara crowned their long-term relationship with marriage in July 2016, while they announced the upcoming arrival of their first child in December 2019 by sharing an ultrasound photo on Instagram.
