Naomi’s boyfriend is a rapper and she’s very invested in his career, so it comes as no surprise that the 23-year-old feels the best when her workouts start and end with music.
After a stretching warm-up, Naomi does an intensive three-hour morning practice session with her trainer. They work on her groundstrokes, cardio, and footwork drills. Proper recovery is necessary for top results, so Naomi prioritizes sessions with her physiotherapist after strenuous activities. To unwind but stay active at the same time, Naomi likes to swim or skate.
A good sleeping schedule is important for an athlete. Before going to bed early enough, Naomi eats smoked salmon and avocado toast for dinner and reads a book to make her fall asleep.
