Maria Sharapova has just served up her latest off-court partnership, this time with a glass of premium lager in hand. Stella Artois, the renowned European-style beer, has named Sharapova as its newest global ambassador and the face of its freshly launched “The Perfect Serve” campaign.

This collaboration brings together two masters of their craft. For decades, Stella Artois has been synonymous with quality and the art of precision pouring, while Sharapova’s career was defined by her meticulous preparation and unmatched focus on the court. Together, they celebrate a shared obsession with excellence, detail, and elegance.

“Stella Artois is a brand that has always stood for quality and refinement, so this couldn’t be a better pairing to have me join as their global partner,” said Sharapova. “Whether it’s perfecting a serve on the court or pouring the perfect glass, it’s the small details that create something truly memorable.”

The campaign kicks off with a cinematic 30-second spot developed by GUT Miami. The ad connects the precision of Sharapova’s tennis serve with the ritualistic elegance of Stella Artois’ signature pour into its iconic chalice. It’s a stylish visual metaphor that nods to mastery, whether it’s in the sports arena or behind the bar.

Earlier this month, Stella Artois was announced as a Gold Partner and the Official Beer of the ATP Tour, a title it will hold through 2028. The long-term global sponsorship covers several of the tour’s most prestigious tournaments, including the Nitto ATP Finals in Turin, Italy. Moreover, the beer company is an Official Partner of Wimbledon and an Official Supplier of Roland Garros. (source: GUT Miami)
