Elena Vesnina is now a mom of two girls. On May 26th, the former WTA doubles No.1 gave birth to her second child, a daughter named Anna Pavlovna.
Posing for a photographer in a sheer white maxi dress, Vesnina announced her pregnancy in the beginning of March. Then she proudly showed her big baby bump. It looks like the baby was a bit overdue, as Vesnina wrote on Instagram that little Anna was not in a hurry. The Russian gave birth on Friday morning.

Vesnina and her husband Pavel Tabuntsov got married in November 2015 and welcomed their first child in November 2018, a girl named Elizaveta.
After giving birth to her first baby, Vesnina returned to competition at the 2021 Qatar Total Open. Together with Veronika Kudermetova she reached the final of Wimbledon that year and the bronze medal match at the Tokyo Olympic Games in 2021. Vesnina took home a medal from the 2020 Summer Olympics, earning silver in mixed doubles with Aslan Karatsev. That was her last tournament.
