Retired Italian tennis star Camila Giorgi is expecting her first child! The mom-to-be shared a short video of her baby ultrasound on Instagram stories, confirming the happy news.
The 34-year-old first hinted at her pregnancy around Valentine’s Day earlier this month. She posted a photo with her partner, Argentine coach Andreas Ignacio Pasutti, embracing in an elevator, along with the caption “San Valentino a 3” and a pregnant woman emoji. I initially missed the Instagram story and only saw a few unreliable reports about it, so I chose not to share the news at the time. Now, with Giorgi posting an ultrasound update, the pregnancy is definitely confirmed.

At just 11 weeks pregnant, as indicated in the ultrasound video, Giorgi does not appear to be showing yet, which is perfectly normal at this stage. The former world No. 26 remains as slim as ever and is enjoying her time between Italy and Argentina.
Giorgi’s partner, Pasutti, is an Argentine tennis player born in 1995, making him about three and a half years younger than her. His professional career did not reach the same heights as Giorgi’s. His highest ATP singles ranking was No. 1562. According to his Instagram bio, he now works as a tennis coach.
