Nike is going bold once again and this time the company is welcoming these really high-waisted tights promoted by our tennis star Eugenie Bouchard. What do you say, hot or not? Is the waist too high or is this a long-awaited relief after years of low waists dominating women’s fashion in general?
The tights are called Nike Zone Sculpt and are available in black, obsidian and deep royal blue. Compression zones are featured to support important muscle groups.
The former world No.5 Bouchard is currently playing the Hobart International, where she advanced to the second round with a 6-2 6-1 victory over Bethanie Mattek Sands. The Canadian has “zero expectations” for the tournament, as she’s slowly building her comeback after a four-month layoff caused by the concussion she sustained when falling in the dressing room during the 2015 US Open.
And another sports fashion note: Enjoying Australia, Bouchard is currently feeling knotted tanks.
