The 137th-ranked Cirstea hits the court next week at the Istanbul Cup, not skipping the tournament despite recent terrorism attacks and WTA’s clear statement that players can withdraw without penalties, and according to her recent tweet her outfit of choice will consist of the New Balance Spring Tournament Dress and the New Balance 996v2 Shoe.
