Fila-sponsored women’s tennis players led by Karolina Pliskova have brand new apparel ready for the BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells: the Sweetspot collection designed with upbeat, jewel-tone colorways.
The range preserves Fila’s traditional aesthetic, i.e. classic cuts and colorblocks, but colors amparo blue, raspberry rose and blue atoll are a refreshment in Fila’s approach to tennis clothing, as the company combines navy, red and white most of the time.
The first photo pictures Pliskova in the Fila Sweetspot Halter Tank and the Sweetspot Skort, while the second photo shows the same skort combined with the Fila Sweetspot Sleeveless Polo.
The collection also features the Fila Sweetspot Colorblocked Dress, the Sweetspot Pleated Skirt, an assortment of tops, accessories, and the Sweetspot Jacket for warmup.
The clothes are equipped with UV protection and moisture-wicking technologies.
What’s more, the on and off-court staff at the BNP Paribas Open will wear Fila’s limited-edition sneakers, replica uniform styles and accessories. Ballkids and officials will be dressed in navy, white and lime colorway, while volunteers will be clad in a red and white palette. ATP players will sport the Legends collection.
