Less than a month after releasing the Bold collection, EleVen by Venus Williams, teamed up with DC Comics, again contributes to the rich tennis fashion scene with empowering athleisure items marked by gold stars, Wonder Woman insignias and Swarovski crystals.
The limited-edition Wonder Woman range includes a strappy catsuit (possibly inspired by her sister Serena’s controversial black Nike catsuit from the 2018 French Open), leggings, bras, t-shirts, tennis skirts, a hoodie and a shiny gold crystal-studded windbreaker.
As Refinery29 reports, this new EleVen collection is part of an initiative created by Warner Bros. to promote Wonder Woman 1984 (WW84), an upcoming American superhero film, a sequel to 2017’s record-breaking Wonder Woman. Besides EleVen, the WW84 fashion collection includes collaborations with Torrid, Miu Miu, Lauren by Ralph Lauren, and others.
“I want women to feel invincible and just as incredible as Wonder Woman when they wear this collection,” the seven-time Grand Slam champion told People in an exclusive interview. “So, whether they’re rocking the catsuit or a pair of leggings, I want them to celebrate the superheroes that they are. Us women can take on anything we set our minds to, and a killer outfit just makes things even better.”
Venus’ favorite pieces in the new collection are the Stay Fit Legging, featuring an all-over gold star print, a side mesh panel and a Wonder Woman logo on left hip, and the matching Power House Sports Bra, unique for its stylish set of gold foil criss-cross straps on the back.

I love the pattern and designs
Again, same designs of dresses/tops different pattern, typical Eleven designs.
Will Venus be potentially wearing of these outfits at the US Open this year?
Ric, to a large extent it is the same, like the tank and the pleated skirt. The bra looks spectacular and I don’t remember seeing those criss-crossed straps on the back before (although I didn’t really pay attention either). The jacket and the catsuit are also unique.
John Aghahowa, I would love to see her in this collection at the US Open, as the patterns and designs perfectly reflect the USO vibe. I can’t only tell you that I expect her to wear this in New York, but I don’t know for sure, as Venus likes to pick her tennis clothing on a whim, right before the match, so she may show up in this Wonder Woman collection or the Bold collection, and she frequently changes her outfits.
