In July 2015, Golovin gave birth to her first child, daughter Anastasia, while a son named Constantin was added to the family two and a half years later, in November 2017.
The 2013 Wimbledon champion Marion Bartoli, who is also pregnant, was prompt to congratulate her fellow French retired tennis star, saying: “Bravo, my dear.”
The 32-year-old Golovin recently talked about the trauma of her tennis career being cut at the moment it looked like everything was coming into place and how she managed to find a piece of mind.
