Naomi Osaka is launching new skincare brand called Kinlò, specifically intended for melanated skin tones.
The four-time Grand Slam champion shared the news in a short video on social media, saying:
I’m super excited to announce my new skincare line which is full of products to help protect and rejuvenate people of color/darker skin tones. I hope that these products will help people out and inform you guys.
Being specifically created for melaneted skin, Osaka’s products promise not to leave behind a white residue. As Nylon.com reports, the range will include an SPF 40 tinted face lotion, eye cream, a lip balm, body spray, and an SPF 50 tinted face lotion developed to withstand the rigors of physical activity. Prices will be up to $20.
The Kinlò website is still under construction. The products are expected to be launched this fall.
