The seventh generation EZONE is ready to be launched in Melbourne. This latest version offers a softer feel, increased ball speed, and a more powerful response packed into a user-friendly package that suits players of all levels. From major champions to those holding a tennis racquet for the first time, the EZONE series offers a suitable model.
When it comes to visual appeal, the 2022 EZONE racquets have a navy-blue base with a premium gradient fading into mint and sky blue.
The world No.14 Osaka will pair her new EZONE with POLYTOUR STRIKE in blue, a brand-new colorway for the precision-oriented polyester string.
– Intermediate to advanced players: POLYTOUR PRO, POLYTOUR STRIKE, POLYTOUR REV
– Beginner and recreational players: REXIS SPEED, DYNAWIRE
The 7th generation EZONE is currently available in 98- and 100-square-inch head sizes, while the complete line will be released later this year.
“I love the EZONE 100’s easy combination of power, control, feel and cosmetics! This update plays a little softer and plusher than the outgoing model. I would say it takes steps closer to the feel of the DR version.” – Brittany, Tennis Warehouse Playtester
“From the very first hit I felt like the feel [EZONE 98] was even softer, more plush, and the sweet spot felt really large and forgiving.” – Michelle, Tennis Warehouse Playtester
Besides Naomi Osaka, WTA players who use this racquet include Belinda Bencic and Jessica Pegula. On the ATP Tour, Nick Kyrgios and Casper Ruud play with the Yonex EZONE.
