Latvian tennis player Jelena Ostapenko is spending time in her hometown of Riga after her campaign at Roland Garros 2023 and she took to Instagram to proudly show us her new boyfriend.
The 2017 French Open champion Ostapenko was in a long-term relationship with Arturs Karasausks, but her photos with the football player are gone from her Instagram. It looks like a new man has entered her life. Feeling loved in the arms of her new boyfriend, the WTA star strolled the streets of Riga. They took a photo together in a park, wearing matching black-and-white Jordans.

Unveiling a blossoming romance with her new boyfriend, Ostapenko expressed love for her home country. Accompanied by the heartfelt caption “Sweet home,” the Latvian’s words are complemented by a delightful array of emojis and carefully chosen hashtags that encapsulate the overwhelming positive emotions associated with her homeland.
Her boyfriend added a red heart emoji in the comments section, to which Alona reciprocated with tender smiling face with hearts and smiling face with a halo emojis.
We don’t have information about Ostapenko’s new partner. His Instagram handle is kriossss, but his account is private and he has only 358 followers at the moment. It could be that the couple shares a birthday, as Ostapenko celebrates her 26th tomorrow, June 8, and one commenter, who apparently knows the couple, wrote on Instagram: “It’s both your birthdays Thursday.”
