This time, Adidas introduced raised structures on the base of select pieces, creating the appearance of darker shadows that flow throughout. Adidas launched ten items in the new collection, with the standout piece in the women’s line being the Adidas Lawn Tennis Pro Wow Dress. It features a seamless upper body construction with a subtle jacquard knit, a racerback design, a skirt with elongated plissee pleats at the back, and a matching shortie.
The ten-piece collection offers three tank top options: a racerback style, a full-coverage design, and a V-neck crop top featuring a subtle jacquard knit pattern inspired by cableknit tennis sweaters.
The variety of tops can be paired with either a skirt or shorts, both featuring integrated compression shorties and AEROREADY moisture-wicking performance. The Adidas Lawn Tennis Pro Pleat Skirt boasts a smooth bonded waistband, plissee pleating, and a shaped hemline. The Adidas Women’s Lawn Tennis Pro Wow Short offers a unique seersucker texture on the looser outer short and a wide elastic waistband for added comfort.
Adidas highlights the seamless engineering in their men’s collection, which reduces irritation in high-movement areas such as the underarms. The collection has been crafted for added mobility, unlocked by Adidas’ FreeLift Construction – which incorporates adaptive stretch areas under the arm of each garment, to offer players a greater range of motion. This feature is combined with open-hole areas in the fabric, improving breathability in high-sweat zones and reducing irritation that can lead to distraction.
