Sounds of the Open concert headlined by Dierks Bentley and featuring Chase Rice (ticketed)

Details: Country music superstar Dierks Bentley will headline the inaugural concert played inside Louis Armstrong Stadium, marking the start of Fan Week and launching three weeks of tennis and entertainment. Tickets are now available on Ticketmaster.com.

US Open Qualifying Tournament begins (free)

Details: Starting Monday, August 19, and running through Thursday, August 22, 128 men and 128 women will compete for the final 16 spots in the singles main draws on the US Open’s field courts. The Qualifying Tournament features players ranked between No.100 and No.250 in the world, showcasing a mix of rising young stars and seasoned veterans making their comeback.

Legends of the Open presented by FAGE (free)

Details: A Legends exhibition match featuring New York hometown favorite and former world No.4 James Blake, former world No.1 Garbine Muguruza and former world No. 2 Tommy Haas. Attendance is free, with VIP seating available by registering for Fan Access Pass.

The teams include: defending US Open champion Coco Gauff paired with Ben Shelton; two-time US Open champion Naomi Osaka teaming up with Nick Kyrgios; tennis couple Stefanos Tsitsipas and Paula Badosa; and Taylor Fritz with Aryna Sabalenka. Details: Arthur Ashe Kids’ Day, a longstanding tradition and the world’s largest grassroots tennis event, celebrates Arthur Ashe’s legacy by promoting tennis to young people and instilling values of humanitarianism, leadership, and academic excellence. The event features kids and family activities across the grounds, with top players, music acts, face painting, and a free special show in Arthur Ashe Stadium.

Open Practice Day (Free)

Details: Open Practice Day offers a free opportunity to watch the top players in action as they prepare for the US Open main draws at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center. You can catch them practicing throughout the grounds, including featured sessions inside Louis Armstrong Stadium and Grandstand, as well as the Arthur Ashe Stadium Experience.

In addition, Heineken Happy Hour will take place on the grounds from Monday, August 19, through Friday, August 23, providing friends and colleagues with music, tennis, and special drink offers.

Fans can enjoy free access to see the biggest stars in tennis practice on the US Open’s practice courts and stadiums throughout Fan Week. This includes featured practices in Louis Armstrong Stadium and Grandstand, as well as inside Arthur Ashe Stadium via the Arthur Ashe Stadium Experience, accessible with a Fan Access Pass.
