Eva Lys signs with Lacoste, leaving Asics behind

Germany’s world No. 40 Eva Lys is starting the 2026 season with a new apparel deal, leaving Asics and joining the Lacoste team. The 23-year-old shared the news through a series of playful Instagram clips, including some where she dons a scarf styled like a Russian babushka.

Lacoste welcomed the fun-loving talent to their roster, praising her personality and style: “Positive, creative, fiercely competitive. Lys is currently in Sydney as part of Team Germany at the United Cup. While she was still wearing Asics during practice, as we could see in Jimmie48‘s photos, the switch to Lacoste is official.
