Denmark’s Caroline Wozniacki defeated Vera Dushevina of Russia 6-0 6-2 to win the Nordic Light Open in Stockholm for her first WTA title.

The 18-year-old Wozniacki broke last year’s finalist Dushevina three times in the first set. Unseeded Dushevina played better in the second set, but couldn’t capitalize on break points. The fourth-seeded Dane then broke her opponent twice in a row to win the Tier IV tournament.

World No.26 Wozniacki made only seven unforced errors in the Nordic Light Open final and didn’t drop a set on her way to the title.
