Due to a right knee injury, Li hadn’t played any tournaments in 2009 prior to this one in Paris, and after the first set it looked as if Jankovic would make short work of the Chinese world No.28.

The second set continued in the similar manner, with Jankovic dominating, but after a 3-1 lead for the Serb, Li won all the following games in the set.

Eventually, Jankovic managed to win the third set, finishing it with being two breaks up.

  1. i like the orange!
its fresh and bright and goes well with her skin colour and hair shade.
i can see a nice royal blue one coming along.
marija, do you think jelena will be wearing this dress at the next slam? hopefully not.
that two hour print on serena’s dress has grown on me.

    talk soon. away for abit.

  2. Jacob, I’m quite certain she won’t wear the same dress. Yesterday I read this statement of Jelena’s:

“There will be various designs and colors in the near future, I don’t know yet when exactly, but probably in Miami or Indian Wells.”
