This month we got a nice addition to our WTA Players and their Boyfriends/Husbands series when South African Chanelle Scheepers married her long-time friend and former coach Roger Anderson on November 10th, 2012 in their home country. The wedding ceremony took place at Lythwood Lodge in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands, as the couple wanted to gather family and friends, who all live in South Africa. The South African No.1 and world No.60 wore a Justin Alexander wedding dress adorned with Swarovski crystals.

After three weeks spent in South Africa, the newlyweds flew to the United Stated for a honeymoon in Napa. Following the vacation, the 28-year-old Scheepers will start preparations for the 2013 season, which she opens with the Hopman Cup in Australia.
