Maria Sharapova may be out of the US Open, because of a right shoulder bursitis, but that doesn’t mean she’s turning off all of her engines and putting her career on hold. Actually, the Russian’s Social Channel team has been working round the clock, judging by the amount of emails I received from them, promoting the new content of the Maria Sharapova Social Channel.

The latest episode, one of Masha’s favorite, is definitely worth watching, and includes the story about the beginnings of her tennis career and talks with her agent Max Eisenbud and best friend Sophie. Do take two minutes and 58 seconds of your time!

Furthermore, the team has added a new feature to the Social Channel app called SharaVideo. It lets fans send video messages directly to Maria, and Maria will choose her favorites and respond to them. Currently fans are sharing their best wishes to Maria for a speedy recovery.
