In early November, Bastian Schweinsteiger visited Ana Ivanovic‘s hometown of Belgrade to celebrate her 27th birthday and now that the German soccer player is accompanying the Serbian tennis star in her preparations for the 2015 season, it seems that the couple has decided to more freely expose their relationship.
Ana and Bastian took this photo with a fan on their flight to Melbourne and, as far as I can recall, this is their first non-paparazzi public photo together.
A couple of days later, a Twitter share revealed that Bastian is supporting Ana at Melbourne Park, during her practice sessions. Ana will open 2015 at the Brisbane International, where she will also play doubles with world No.9 Angelique Kerber (remember, Women’s Tennis Blog will also be in Brisbane, providing daily photos and updates!).

Tennis Island, I think it’s still too early to say that, but it’s definitely not just a fling.
Emman Damian, past boyfriends were never beneficial for Ana’s career, but I think it was only because she didn’t find the right guy. Let’s wait and see if Bastian is a good choice… I’m not really sure, but I’m giving him a chance 🙂
