We’re all familiar with the success of Martina HingisTonic tennis clothing, but do you know that tennis legend Chris Evert is contributing to tennis fashion as well? The 18-time Grand Slam champion is partnered with Tail and now that we’re approaching Wimbledon I’d like to introduce the white selection of Chrissie by Tail apparel.

Model 1

Evert describes her line as “graceful, classy, and fabulous with a youthful spirit and femininity, but still suited towards fierce competition”.

The model above is seen wearing the Bay Tank with two contrast stripes at chest, while the Vienna Skort has an A-line shape with asymmetrical panels and silver trim.

The skort can also be paired with the racerback Eileen Tank highlighted by black and silver trim.

Chrissie Tote (White)

The standout piece is the Chrissie Tote from Peony collection, featuring 10″ drop shoulder strap, internal specialized storage pockets and detachable Chrissie keychain. The item topped Tennis Identity’s summer 2016 tennis bag list in their post “5 must-have summer bags that exude court cool!”.

The legend who played the stunning number of 34 Grand Slam singles finals and made the semifinals or better at 52 out of the 56 majors she entered, is now at the age of 61 also a great model for her tennis clothes. Here’s a behind-the-scenes from her latest shoot:

I’m looking forward to seeing who will be the first WTA player to start wearing Chrissie’s tennis apparel.
