Caroline Wozniacki will end her professional tennis career in 2020, after appearances in Auckland and the Australian Open, while her very last match will be an exhibition against Serena Williams in Copenhagen in May.
Serena and Caroline are very good friends, so it comes as no surprise that the 23-time Grand Slam champion accepted to take part in “The Final One”, as the organizers advertise the event in Caroline’s native Denmark. The exhibition will take place on Monday, May 18th, at 19:00 hrs.
Serena leads Caroline 10-1 in their head-to-head record, although they haven’t met since the WTA Finals in 2014.
