Coco Gauff is equipped with new tennis apparel and shoes for the upcoming tournaments in Indian Wells and Miami. The American’s clothing sponsor New Balance has prepared a new colorway of their well-known Tournament Tank and Skirt while also releasing a new version of the FuelCell 996v4 tennis shoe.
The 15-year-old Coco’s kit will be similar to what she wore at the Australian Open, only that this time instead of yellow and white/black, the palette includes orange and grey. The tank features a racerback with cutout detail and a mesh lining that highlights the waist. The skort, built in a lightweight woven stretch fabric, has a curved droptail hem and includes all-over mesh pinholes.
Coco’s footwear at the 2020 Sunshine Slams will be FuelCell 996v4 and the New Balance website states that it will be worn exclusively by her. The shoe colors are officially called moon dust and ginger pink.
We’ve already seen Coco wearing the new kicks, during the Delray Beach Open Exhibition in Delray Beach, Florida last month.
