Having a lot of uncalled-for free time on their hands in this period of coronavirus outbreak, tennis players are becoming increasingly active on social media. Besides creating entertaining videos for TikTok, sharing her workouts on Instagram, and playing the Mutua Madrid Open Virtual Pro, Elina Svitolina has also launched a food blog, aiming to give her followers healthy recipes that are quick and easy to prepare.
The world No.5 Svitolina teamed up with her culinary friends for the new online food project called The ES Club. The blog features the following categories:
- Fat burner
- Muscle gain
- Super snack
- Under 100 calories
There is also a section dedicated to superfoods. Svitolina’s favorites are: berries, spinach, chia seeds, avocado, green tea, spirulina, turmeric, quinoa, nuts, pumpkin seeds, and ginger.
So far, the WTA player has shared only several recipes, as the blog was launched just over a week ago.
