Retired tennis star Caroline Wozniacki and her husband David Lee have sold their five-bedroom Miami condominium less than a month after putting the property on the market.
As The Wall Street Journal reports, the roughly 8,400-square-foot unit was listed for $17.5 million and the first person who came to check it out bought it for a slightly decreased price of $16.25 million. For an apartment to go into contract after a single showing is a very rare occurrence, said one of the listing agents.
