Retired tennis star Caroline Wozniacki and her husband David Lee have sold their five-bedroom Miami condominium less than a month after putting the property on the market.

As The Wall Street Journal reports, the roughly 8,400-square-foot unit was listed for $17.5 million and the first person who came to check it out bought it for a slightly decreased price of $16.25 million. For an apartment to go into contract after a single showing is a very rare occurrence, said one of the listing agents.

Caroline and David purchased the beautiful waterfront residence in 2018 for $13.5 million. It is located in the 10-story, 46-unit Palazzo Del Sol development on Fisher Island. The condo features floor-to-ceiling glass and has views of Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean.

This upscale community offers a number of luxury amenities such as massage treatment rooms, fitness center, outside zero-edge heated pool and spa, children’s playroom, state-of-the-art movie theater, meeting rooms, and more. The area can only be reached by private ferry or speedboat.
