Sunday was the final preparation day for the Porsche Tennis Grand Prix in Stuttgart. Photographer Jimmie48 continues to give us insight into players’ practice sessions and off-court happenings.
World No.1 Ashleigh Barty is one of seven players from the Top 10 who are contesting the main draw this year.
After recently lifting the Miami Open crown, Barty is now making her debut in Stuttgart. The Australian’s smiling eyes during the draw ceremony show how happy she is to be contesting this prestigious tournament in Germany.

Two-time Stuttgart titlist Angelique Kerber is one of four returning champions in the draw.
Besides hitting the practice court, Kerber also attended the draw ceremony and chatted with the media.
Defending champion Petra Kvitova was glowing at Sunday’s press conference. Look at those eyes and that smile. Also, lovely jewelry!
Simona Halep was practicing with Darren Cahill.
Simona Halep and Julia Goerges were bursting with laughter while they were playing a lip-reading game.
The 2011 Stuttgart champion Goerges, now retired, was the star of the draw ceremony.
She arrived on a Porsche bicycle.
Aryna Sabalenka was spotted getting ready for her first Porsche Tennis Grand Prix.
Sofia Kenin was also preparing for her Stuttgart campaign.
2017 Stuttgart champion Laura Siegemund is looking to record her milestone 500th main-draw match win by reaching the third round at this year’s edition of the claycourt tournament.
The 2021 tournament winner will drive home the Porsche Taycan Turbo S Cross Turismo which was revealed during the draw ceremony.
