Innovating the game of tennis fashion, K-Swiss and Lucky in Love have again joined forces in a Nice to Pleat You collection that exudes style with its graphic prints and pleated designs.
The previous collaboration between East Coast fashion house Lucky in Love and West Coast tennis brand K-Swiss was dominated by energetic neon yellow, while these two American companies are now making a statement in black and white, with occasional pops of neon pink.
The range offers a wide variety of tanks:
- Laced Up Tank (shown above right), a solid black or white strappy design with laced bungees at chest;
- Winter Viva Tank, a vibrant coral design with crossed back straps;
- Pleat Of The Night Tank (shown above left), an ombre racerback style;
- Pleated V-Neck Tank, made from a pleated fabric;
- Pleat Me Right Tank, a black-and-white ombre design with a rounded back hem.
Moreover, there are two short-sleeve options: the Pleated Top and the Pleat of the Moment Top. For warm-up, there is the pure white Pleated Long-Sleeve Top and Pleat Is On Long-Sleeve Top.
Lucky in Love’s top-performing product are skirts. This collaboration with K-Swiss introduces five skirt styles: Play On Skirt, Pleat Me Right Skirt, Long Live The Pleats Skirt, Long Black Ombre Pleated Skirt, and Winter Long Wave Skirt.
The Lucky in Love x K-Swiss Got The Pleat Dress is a super soft pleated design featuring an all over black/white print and a neon coral contrast zipper track at back.
The Lucky in Love x K-Swiss Party All Night Dress is a strappy design with a flounce skirt. Its adjustable spaghetti straps feature a reflective tape detail.
The collection also includes the limited-edition K-Swiss Hypercourt Supreme Lucky in Love sneaker, featuring unique iridescent design elements in a bold neon pink. Success is guaranteed when you blend the performance and innovation of K-Swiss’ top-selling women’s tennis shoe and Lucky in Love’s fun fashion flare that puts the funk in functional.
Love the pleat dress, similar to Sharapova & Serena’s US Open dreeses.
IDK about the red shoes though, perhaps pink lava color wouldve matched the outfits better
Ian, I have this pleat dress in yellow and grey, from the previous collection. The fabric is soft and stretchy, very high quality. LIL designs are even better in person. I also have their neon yellow shoes.
I remember the Got the Pleat dress on Alja Tomjanovic (sp?) earlier in the year and even looked on the kswiss website ….
I have the Pleat wave dress (neon yellow version of this one). Very comfortable, but I don’t like how the skirt flares out so much when playing. I end up tucking it into my shorts, Radacanu-style. ????
Cat, you’re right, Ajla Tomljanovic was wearing the yellow/grey K-Swiss x LIL dress.
