In her recent social media post, retired tennis star Dominika Cibulkova announced pregnancy and revealed that her second child would arrive soon.
The 33-year-old Cibulkova, who quit the sport in November 2019, gave birth to son Jakub in June 2020. In her latest Instagram post, the Slovak former WTA player posted a beautiful portrait of her family and revealed that they would welcome a new baby in the near future:
Jakubko made us a family, but YOU will complete us. Our family is growing and we couldn’t be happier and more blessed. Family of 4 soon.
Cibulkova won eight singles titles, including the 2016 WTA Finals in Singapore, which turned out to be her last champion’s trophy. Cibulkova’s other career highlights include the 2014 Australian Open final, when she became the first player from her country to reach a Grand Slam final, as well as three Wimbledon quarterfinals, one US Open quarterfinal and one Roland Garros semifinal. Her career-high singles ranking was No.4.
