The word is out that Paula Badosa and her hot model boyfriend Juan Betancourt have ended their relationship. Spanish magazine ¡Hola! noticed that Betancourt was absent from the stands at the Mutua Madrid Open, which unleashed rumors of a possible breakup.

Badosa and Betancourt started their relationship in August 2021. The attractive couple traveled the world together, both privately and professionally. The Cuban model with 370K Instagram followers was a frequent sight on the Hologic WTA Tour, supporting his girlfriend as she rose to new heights in her career.

Betancourt didn’t mind giving precedence to Badosa’s tennis obligations as he followed her around the globe. Sometimes he managed to combine his work with travel, but there were also occasions when he had to give up some things to support his girlfriend in achieving her dreams. However, he didn’t want to sacrifice his schedule to accompany Badosa at the 2023 Mutua Madrid Open, sparking rumors that the relationship is over.

The world No.42 Badosa, who reached a career-high ranking of No.2 in April 2022, lost in the fourth round of the 2023 Mutua Madrid Open to Maria Sakkari. Following the defeat, the Spaniard wrote on social media: “Some days are better than others… But it’s not going to stop me from my goals.”
