World No.1 Iga Swiatek has unveiled her On outfit for the 2024 French Open, showcasing a vibrant coral and purple ombre design. Recently seen in action while playing tennis with actress Courteney Cox, known for her role in the TV series “Friends,” Swiatek’s new ensemble has already caught the attention of fans.

This latest offering from Swiatek’s clothing sponsor introduces a refreshing color palette, departing from previous designs that predominantly featured navy/black, white, and occasionally pink. The gradient effect of purple and coral adds a fresh twist, while the silhouette remains familiar with a sporty sleeveless top and skirt.
In a recent interview with Forbes’ Tim Newcomb, Swiatek shared her thoughts on her new outfit and her approach to tennis fashion. “I’m kind of strict regarding the cut of my tops or skirts because it all matters when I move on the court, especially in movements like slides or serving, so I have my preferences,” the four-time Grand Slam champion explained. Despite some fans criticizing her On apparel for lacking variety and intriguing details, Swiatek expressed her satisfaction with her clothing sponsor: “I need to feel comfortable and powerful, and this is something On achieved for me.”

One thing is certain: Swiatek will not compromise her performance and comfort for fashion. Collaborating with On, Swiatek enjoys complete freedom in testing kits, providing feedback, and ensuring her preferences are met. “Of course, they provide me with designs, but they are made with my preferences in mind, so they fit my taste,” the 22-year-old says.
Swiatek is enthusiastic about her new kit and looks forward to wearing it at Roland Garros, the tournament she won three times in the last four years. While the design may seem similar to her previous outfits, tennis fashion enthusiasts can anticipate more experimental looks in the future. Swiatek hinted at her openness to new styles, saying, “I’m definitely open to experiment, to try new looks in the future, so one thing is for sure, it’s gonna be fun.”
On, best known for their sports shoes, recently released a short documentary about Swiatek on their YouTube channel. In the film, the Polish tennis star discusses her journey to the top and the immense responsibilities she bears, while pointing out that her perfectionism is one of the hardest things to handle.
