The 2024 US Open will host its first-ever Block Party, headlined by legendary New York City DJ D-Nice, on Friday, August 23.

The US Open Block Party is an exciting new, nighttime festival at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center’s Fountain Plaza. This celebration will feature music, player appearances, and more. It is part of US Open Fan Week, running from Monday, August 19, through Sunday, August 25, when the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center grounds are free and open to the public. Fan Week features the US Open qualifying tournament along with various events and activities.

The dance party starts at 8 p.m. with DJ Millie, followed by a headline performance from D-Nice. While entrance is free, a ticket is required for access. You can secure your free ticket through Ticketmaster starting at 10 a.m. on Thursday, August 8, with availability on a first-come, first-served basis.

“We are excited for fans to experience the US Open Block Party as we continue to expand US Open Fan Week,” said Nicole Kankam, USTA Managing Director, Pro Tennis Marketing and Entertainment. “The US Open has an incredible tradition of bringing music and entertainment to the grounds of the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center and D-Nice will surely put on a show that the community will enjoy.”

Derrick “D-Nice” Jones is a celebrated artist, DJ, and photographer known for his influential “Club Quarantine” virtual events and performances at iconic venues like the Hollywood Bowl, Carnegie Hall, and the Apollo Theater. In 2024, he continues to support charitable causes and expand his creative and business ventures.

DJ Millie, an LA-based DJ and model, has headlined in Las Vegas and performed at major festivals like Lollapalooza. Alongside her successful DJ career, she serves as a brand ambassador, hosts the live show “Millie Monday,” and connects with her 176k Instagram followers through music and interviews with notable artists.

The main draw action at the 2024 US Open kicks off on Monday, August 26, with the women’s singles final on Saturday, September 7, and the men’s singles final on Sunday, September 8.
