Tennis Warehouse, the largest online tennis retailer globally, has announced a partnership with Zenniz to incorporate AI-powered smart-court analytics into its gear testing. This collaboration positions Tennis Warehouse as the first major tennis retailer to combine objective performance metrics with its reviews, product pages, and video content.
Through Zenniz’s smart-court technology, Tennis Warehouse’s team of six testers will perform targeted on-court drills that generate precise, measurable data. These insights will appear across the company’s YouTube reviews, Instagram posts, product pages, and detailed guides on Tennis Warehouse University, offering players a data-backed perspective on equipment performance.
“We’re so excited to partner with Zenniz to bring our viewers and customers deeper, data-driven insights into our racket and string reviews. This advanced technology allows us to quantify what we feel on court, from depth and spin to control and power,” said Chris Edwards, Director of Web Content at Tennis Warehouse. “Our community has been asking for this level of analysis for a long time, and we’re thrilled to deliver it once again. Not only does Zenniz’s system enhance the accuracy of our reviews, but it’s also incredibly fun to use, making the entire testing experience even more engaging.”
For Tennis Warehouse, this integration is more than a technological upgrade, as it streamlines testing protocols, strengthens product storytelling, and establishes a new benchmark for evaluating gear claims. For players and consumers, it provides reliable, comparable performance data to guide purchase decisions with confidence.
“This is a milestone for us,” said Santtu Leskinen, CMO of Zenniz. “From the start, we said that when Tennis Warehouse adopts our technology, we’ve reached a level of credibility that matters across the entire tennis world. What set us apart for them – and for the clubs and universities we already work with – is the combination of accuracy and completeness: Most systems can track something well, but Zenniz delivers precise line calls, full match stats, and comprehensive shot analytics in one package. That’s the standard Tennis Warehouse wanted, and that’s the standard we now bring to players everywhere.”
Zenniz technology is compatible with both indoor and outdoor courts and is already in use at institutions and clubs such as Yale University, JTCC in College Park, Grand Rapids Racket & Fitness—one of the country’s busiest USTA tournament hosts—and the Mouratoglou Academy in Nice.
