Anastasia Potapova and Tallon Griekspoor continue to fuel relationship speculation after being spotted together repeatedly over the past several months. While neither has confirmed their status publicly, the tennis stars are clearly enjoying the offseason together, most recently attending a music concert in Dubai.

The 24-year-old Potapova, who recently switched her sporting nationality from Russia to Austria, was spotted supporting the Dutchman from the stands at several tournaments this season. Their off-season travel only added to the speculation, as both players headed to the Maldives after the 2025 campaign, posting vacation photos at nearly the same time. Potapova even shared a deliberately out-of-focus selfie that featured Griekspoor, a subtle hint that didn’t go unnoticed by fans.
Following their time in the Maldives, the pair continued their travels with a trip to Russia. At the end of November, St. Petersburg hosted the Northern Palmyra Trophies, a mixed-team exhibition event. Potapova returned to a tournament she was already familiar with, while Griekspoor made his first appearance at the event.
Griekspoor’s decision to compete in St. Petersburg drew attention back home in the Netherlands. Ahead of the tournament, Dutch Minister of Foreign Affairs David van Weel publicly appealed to the ATP player to reconsider his participation, emphasizing ethical considerations rather than legal restrictions.
Despite the remarks, the ATP world No. 25 Griekspoor went ahead with his plans. Upon arriving in St. Petersburg, he made it clear that the comments had not altered his decision and expressed satisfaction about finally attending the event.
“Actually, I was supposed to come here last year, but it didn’t work out,” Griekspoor said on site. “Now I’m glad I’m finally here.”
Now back on holiday mode, Potapova and Griekspoor have shifted scenes once again, enjoying downtime together in Dubai before the tennis calendar ramps up for the new season. During a night out, Potapova caught the eye with her blonde hair pulled into a sleek ponytail, pairing a glittering black halterneck top with an open back and jeans featuring white and black cross details on one of the rear pockets.
Potapova appears to be living her best life, with her divorce from fellow tennis player Alexander Shevchenko clearly far behind her. The two parted ways shortly after the 2024 US Open, having married in December 2023. (via Tennis World USA)
