Women’s Tennis Blog has long been famous for its WTA fashion stories, from the Fashion Retrospections, in which during the off-season I overview all the outfits that a single player wore during that year and I cover most top players and brands, to the Grand Slam Fashion Overviews, which I post midway through each major tournament. Of course, on top of all this you’re used to checking out Women’s Tennis Blog for the updates on new collections and upcoming players’ clothes, especially in the Grand Slam lead-up periods.
Now I’m pleased to inform you that I have become a contributor to the WTA website and my focus will be tennis fashion stories, which will include a monthly best-dressed column, pre-Grand Slam outfit unveiling, season-ending awards column, etc. My first contribution was published yesterday: FEBRUARY FASHIONS OF THE WTA STARS. I hope you like it! 🙂
The great thing is that the stories will not clash with my content on Women’s Tennis Blog, as even though both sites have the WTA apparel reviews, the topics will be different and complement each other. Just like in the case of this first contribution, in which I picked my best dressed WTA players for the month of February, while here on the blog I did a complete fashion overview of February’s Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships, covering just one tournament, not the whole month, and also including the styles that were not my favorites.
Wow, that is awesome!! I’m so happy for you Marija 🙂
Congrats Marija!
That’s awesome!! congrats marija 🙂
That’s really a major achievement! Congratulations for all your hard work.
Good job Marija! I also read articles in the WTA website. It’s good that entries from the blog and the WTA website are different from one another. Avid tennis readers can have a glimpse on other fashion previews and best selections of WTA players’ dress and apparel not present in this blog. I’m so happy for you!
Thank you, guys! You are all part of this success!
Yay! well done and well deserved. I always look forward to your reviews. Congratulations!!!! 🙂
Congratulations Marija!! Well deserved. I’m looking forward to reading the new feature! 😀
Wow, way to go! 😀 you’ll be a great asset to the WTA website, I’m glad that they realized that!
Thank you all for your continued support! I wouldn’t have done it without such readers!! 🙂
Great job, Marija. You are truly the fashionista of the WTA!
Congrats! Great content pays off:)
Jim, thanks a lot 🙂 I never expected I would go this far in the tennis fashion department 😀 I see that even Venus Williams tweeted my article, glad that she was featured in the best dressed list! 🙂
Tennis Island, thanks, fellow blogger!
