We don’t often get to see workout routines of professional tennis players, but during this coronavirus lockdown a lot of them took to social media to show us how they’ve been staying fit at home.

Serena Williams shared her morning yoga routine, in time lapse.

The 23-time Grand Slam champion also emphasized the importance of stretching hip flexors.

Always stylish in her EleVen apparel, Venus Williams was hosting daily workouts on Instagram Live to encourage healthy living and staying active while self-quarantining. The American convinced us that one doesn’t have to have any special equipment, rather, you can be creative and use household items, in Venus’ case gallon jugs of water, champagne bottles and tennis trophies. A number of people exercised with Venus during her live Instagram broadcasts, including her sister Serena. Here’s Venus’ workout with ATP player Grigor Dimitrov:

Before her two children wake up, Ana Ivanovic squeezes in a yoga session.

Barbora Strycova is fierce! Can you complete her drill?

Elina Svitolina has also created some great exercise lessons that everyone can follow. Here’s her leg day, but visit her Instagram page for core, full body, abs and more.

If you want to train like Bianca Andreescu, you’ll need equipment: mat, medicine ball, long band, ankle band, bosu ball and dumbbell.

Sabine Lisicki launched a YouTube channel to show us her favorite workouts. Here’s a six-minute ab routine that has been the tennis star’s favorite in the last few years.

Caroline Garcia showed us a glutes workout, as part of Asics‘ “Train Like a Pro” series. The Frenchwoman suggests three sets and 8-12 repetitions per exercise.

Harriet Dart shared her no-equipment core blitz workout consisting of 13 exercises to fire up core muscles.

Will you try out some of these routines? Which one would you like to do first?
