Naomi Osaka is spreading her reach in the fashion industry. After designing a capsule line for the Japanese label ADEAM and launching her own Nike apparel collection, the three-time Grand Slam champion teamed up with the Scottish label Strathberry on a limited-edition accessories range that includes five bags and two purses.

The 23-year-old Osaka’s interest in fashion started in early childhood, as she used to sketch designs in the back of the car during long car rides to tournaments. In her recent Vogue interview, the tennis ace explained why she finds fashion so fascinating:

Fashion and design are such creative outlets for me, and it’s become my favorite way to express myself, which is why it’s such a liberating experience when I collaborate with brands. Mixing and matching and finding what works together is so fun and cool. I love to push the limits.

The Strathberry x Naomi Osaka accessories line offers a minimalist and contemporary aesthetic. The color palette of lime green, vanilla and pink tones is enhanced by the brand’s signature metal bar hardware.

Strathberry believes in Osaka’s initiatives, so the brand will mark this collaboration by making a donation to the WTA star’s Play Academy, a recently launched organization focused on changing the lives of girls through sport.
