At this premier lifestyle event on the tennis tour, Muguruza wore a bright yellow sleeveless dress, green strappy heel sandals and a green scarf. Her partner paired an olive long-sleeve shirt with elegant casual pants and shoes.
Citi Taste of Tennis offered foodies and tennis fans an evening of incredible cuisine prepared by top local chefs, “served” by some of the world’s most successful tennis players.
The two-time Grand Slam champion Muguruza was one of many big WTA names in attendance, including Venus Williams, Monica Seles, Anett Kontaveit, Bethanie Mattek-Sands, Alize Cornet, Alison Van Uytvanck, etc. Newlywed Maryna Zanevska was also there with her husband. It was especially pleasant to see retired Slovak player Daniela Hantuchova. Stay tuned, soon we’ll publish red carpet Citi Taste of Tennis photos of all these players.
Muguruza is in town for the Miami Open, which has already started, but the Spaniard has a first-round bye as the seventh seed, so she still has a few days off.
