Alla Kudryavtseva and her husband Dan welcomed their second child on August 4th. The retired tennis star shared the happy news on Instagram by posting a selfie with the baby in the hospital.

The former doubles world No.15 Kudryavtseva gave birth to her first son, Sasha, in December 2018. In April last year, the 34-year-old informed us about her second pregnancy and shared that she was expecting another boy due to arrive in August.
After becoming a mom, Kudryavtseva returned to the WTA Tour, but it was everything but a smooth ride. The Russian even expressed her frustration after being fed up with the pressure to lose weight and meet high expectations. She officially retired in November 2021.
