As the Porsche Tennis Grand Prix tournament is just around the corner, the world’s best WTA players have been gearing up for the event by practicing on the courts. It’s always exciting to see how the players prepare for such a prestigious tournament, and thanks to photographer Jimmie48, we’ve been given a glimpse into their training sessions.
Defending champion Iga Swiatek heads the WTA 500 tournament field. Listed among the world’s 100 most influential persons in 2023, top-ranked Swiatek is making a return to competition after withdrawing from the Miami Open due to a rib injury.
The Pole is set to launch her cooperation with On. Miami was supposed to be her first event with the new clothing sponsor, but she’ll debut her new outfits in competition when she faces Zheng Qinwen or a qualifier in the second round. For now, we can see her practice On kit and Asics tennis shoes.
