Cibulkova and her husband, Michal Navara, exchanged vows in the summer of 2016, during her active tennis career. After retiring from the sport in November 2019, Cibulkova welcomed her first child, son Jakub, in June 2020, and daughter Nina in March 2020. These life changes led to weight gain and dissatisfaction with her body. Determined to make a change, the “Pocket Rocket” from Bratislava embarked on a rigorous training regimen and reduced her daily calorie intake. The impressive results speak volumes about her remarkable willpower and self-discipline!

“This is what losing 17 kilograms looks like!” Cibulkova proudly declared on Instagram. “I achieved this in six and a half months.” Her secret recipe? “Start now! Don’t wait for a Monday, a holiday, or next month,” she advised, emphasizing the importance of the three crucial pillars: diet, self-discipline, and exercise. The 2014 Australian Open finalist stressed, “The most important thing is to start and have a planned calorie intake.”
