After wrapping up the grass-court season, Daria Kasatkina headed to Greece, where she married her long-time partner, Natalia Zabiiako, in a beautiful seaside ceremony.

Following her third-round run at Wimbledon, Kasatkina capped off her European summer by tying the knot with the Olympic figure skater against the breathtaking backdrop of the Greek coast.
The couple began dating in 2021 and have been inseparable ever since, making their relationship public the following year. In recent years, Kasatkina has been open about both her personal life and the challenges she has faced off the court. In 2022, she publicly came out as gay, and in March 2025 she officially switched her sporting allegiance from Russia to Australia, saying she no longer felt safe in Russia as a gay woman who opposed the war in Ukraine.

Kasatkina proposed to Zabiiako in June 2025. Zabiiako, the Olympic silver medal-winning former pair skater who represented both Estonia and Russia during her career, said yes, and just over a year later the couple celebrated their wedding in Greece.
Photos shared from the ceremony on Instagram revealed a star-studded guest list from the tennis world. Among those in attendance were reigning Roland Garros champion Mirra Andreeva, Kamilla Rakhimova, Arina Rodionova, and Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova. Rodionova, like Kasatkina, is a Russian-born player who represents Australia at tournaments, while Rakhimova has switched her sporting allegiance to Uzbekistan.
