Ana Ivanovic is intensively working on building a strong coaching base for her hopeful tennis resurgence. The Serb recently appointed Nigel Sears as her full-time coach and Scott Byrnes, who was Ivanovic’s fitness trainer during the most successful time of her career, is back in the team.
Australian Byrnes, whose previous cooperation with Ivanovic lasted from July 2006 to July 2009, is looking forward to helping bring Ivanovic where she belongs. His statement:
We have some unfinished business on the WTA tour.

I hope her decision to get her old coach back does her good. We’ll just have to wait and see. http://www.tennisround.com
Scott Byrnes is positive person, he was Ana’s fitness coach for a three years and they know each other well.Ana has a good team and I hope that she is willing to work hard. Results will come sooner or later.

Francesca, yes, I saw it yesterday, just didn’t get the time to write about it. I can’t believe it, it’s such a shock. She’s so young, but illnesses don’t care about age any more.
Ana needs a shrink not another coach….
i think ana problems is not on the coaching but in her confident as a tennis player,, she’s former world number 1, reaches aussie open 08, win RG 08 and then i don’t know what happen to her,, she’s great forehand, great serve,, but she can’t work on her tennis today,,
