Ana Ivanovic had withdrawn from this week’s Generali Ladies Linz, but healing her left hip injury and preparing for the WTA Championships in Singapore are not the only things on the 26-year-old’s mind. The Serbian tennis star welcomed her new boyfriend Bastian Schweinsteiger in her hometown of Belgrade and the two were spotted dining out on Friday night, together with Ana’s brother Milos, his girlfriend and three other guys.
Ivanovic tried to keep the meeting a secret, as their section of the restaurant was closed for other guests, Schweinsteiger flew to the Serbian capital by a private jet, they had security guarding them, plus, Ivanovic and Schweinsteiger left the restaurant separately. However, all of that was not enough for them not to be spotted by paparazzi and now we know that this relationship is not just a fling.
By the way, in a recent feature in the Bella magazine, Ivanovic said how her lifestyle makes it hard for her to meet guys:
One of the downsides of the job is that I am travelling so much, and I don’t have so much time to go out and socialise, as people who have a more traditional job might do, so it’s hard. I don’t meet too many guys.
